Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya (born 14 March 1975), “aka MC Oluomo,” is a Nigerian transport union leader. He is currently serving as the National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).

Early Life
MC Oluomo was born Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya on 14 March 1975 in Oshodi, Lagos State, Nigeria. He dropped out of school because of his father’s death. He left home at the age of 13 and started to work as a bus driver.
Career
MC Oluomo served as the head of a motor park in Oshodi. He rose to become the most influential agbero in Oshodi.
After climbing the ranks of the NURTW, he served as the Chairman of the Lagos State chapter for over six years. He eventually became a strategic political ally within the state.
In November 2024, he was elected National President of the NURTW. He ran unopposed during the union’s Quadrennial Delegate Conference in Osun State, supported by delegates from Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, and Ekiti.
While his leadership faced a legal challenge in March 2026 from Tajudeen Baruwa, Akinsanya successfully regained and maintained control of the national secretariat in Abuja. He is also an honorary member of the Institute of Corporate Public Sector Professionals (ICPSP).
Personal Life
MC Oluomo is married to three wives: Modinat Adunni Akinsanya, Temitope Adunni Akinsanya, and Aishat Ajoke Akinsanya.
He is the father of nine children, including sons Ololade Abdulai, Idowu (aka King West), Kehinde, and Olashile Muhammad, and daughters Taiye, Nofisat Ayinke, Balikis, and Abisola Khadijah.
