Adesola Afusat Afod (born 26 July 1982), known as Desola Afod, is a Nigerian internet personality, businesswoman, and brand influencer. She is best known for marrying the veteran Yoruba Nollywood actor and director, Kunle Afod.

Career
Desola has grown her presence on social media. She shares personal stories about motherhood and personal experiences.
She shared that she delivered her children through four Cesarean sections (CS) to encourage women facing similar anxieties. She has also collaborated with and promoted several Nigerian and international brands. She runs the is the event planning, management, and general merchandise brand Events by Desola Afod.
In 2026, she officially received the International Award for International Driver & Celeb Wife during a trip to Plymouth, United Kingdom. She also paid a courtesy visit to the Onidimu of Idimu Land.
Controversy
In 2026, Desola complained that theatre professionals disrespected her by calling her by name. She also said she faced disrespect at a gathering with celebrities. Actress Wumi Toriola reacted to Desola’s complaint, calling her out for targeting theatre professionals instead of calling out the individual she had issues with.
Wumi suggested that she change her surname from Afod to her maiden name, since she is no longer married to Kunle. Desola later apologised to Yoruba film practitioners.
Personal Life
Desola married Kunle Afod in 2005. They met in 2002 and dated for three years before tying the knot in a civil wedding. She has four children and a stepchild, Angel Oyinkansola Afod, from her husband’s previous relationship.
In 2022, she announced she had parted ways with Kunle. She has travelled to other countries, including England.
